A word regarding pre-school and primary dancers transitioning to the light blue leotard...In the true tradition of the ballet, color coded leotards are used with a graded curriculum. World renowned schools, such as the Joffrey Ballet and the Royal Academy of Dance use different colored leotards to signify a progression in levels. So the significance of using colored leotards is very traditional and we are so excited for this change!
