The online ticketing service will charge the ticket buyer a per ticket convenience fee, as any online ticket service does.
This fee goes directly to the online service NOT to CDDS or RIC.
You do not have to buy online. You still have the option of buying directly through the Box Office if they want to avoid this fee.

VERY IMPORTANT…..WHAT TO DO ON DRESS REHEARSAL DAY!
Get ready at home! Dancers need their hair in a neat bun, makeup for stage, camisole, tights and first costume on! (we will notify you in class which costume to arrive in.) Don’t forget to bring your other costumes, shoes, tights, and accessories. Show order will be posted online as well!
One parent per child at dress rehearsal. Please refrain from bringing non-dancer siblings.
You may enter through the front doors of Roberts Auditorium. PLEASE NOTE: for the recital, you will bring your dancer to the BACK of Roberts. Each group will be monitored.
Parents will hold on to their dancer’s other costumes etc. and sit in the MIDDLE of the auditorium.
After the dancer has performed, you will meet them in the hallway, bring them to the dressing room, change them into their next costume, and then bring them back to sit with their class IMMEDIATELY. After they have finished ALL their routines, you may leave!
Pictures and Video may be taken at dress rehearsal ONLY! We have a professional videographer at each show and DVDs will be on sale!

JUNE TUTION MUST BE PAID AT DRESS REHEARSAL. You may also register for dance camp or fall classes at this time as well. Cash, Check or Visa/Mastercard!

DRESS REHEASAL/RECITAL CHECKLIST
___Please label your child’s name in everything!
___Pack all costumes and accessories in a bag or garment bag with your child’s name. Put all accessories for the costume in a Ziploc bag with the child’s name on it and hang it on the hanger with the costume. Do the same for bobby pins, makeup etc. * CDDS Garment Bags will be in soon!
___Child should arrive in their costume, hair and makeup done. You will be notified in class which costume to wear first (it will be posted online as well!)
___Hair should be in a NEAT and SECURE low bun. NO colored elastics or clips. If your dancer needs help, there will be backstage moms to assist! Your dancer also needs makeup-mascara, eyeshadow, blush, lipstick. This is show-biz! Getting dolled up is FUN! ?
___Most headpieces go on the right hand side. Bows above bun. Use alligator clips to secure headpieces.
___Most straps should go in a X. That’s right, an X!!!! Bring extra pins!
The NO’S ?
NO UNDERWEAR. All students are wearing camisoles (flesh colored leotards that dancers wear underneath their costumes so they are fully clothed at all times.) PS-Do NOT wear underwear under leotards either!
NO JEWELRY. If earrings cannot be taken off, please cover them with a piece of band aid.
NO BODY GLITTER, NO TEMPORARY TATOOS. NO COLORED HAIR DYE.
NO SHINY TIGHTS OR PANTYHOSE. Dancers must wear the tights stated under the dancerwear requirements for the studio. If your child is in the wrong pair of tights, she will not be allowed on stage.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. Follow these instructions so that we are able to maintain our high level of quality!
___PLAIN animal crackers; WATER ONLY.
___Pack something comfortable for your child to change into after their performance. ALL dancers will come out at the end of the show for the PARADE OF DANCERS. When you go to pick them up backstage, you can change them into their comfortable clothing if you like!
___Child should be brought to the BACK of Roberts Auditorium (the Forman Theater entrance) 30 minutes before the start of the show. NO EARLIER! There are NO backstage monitors until 30 minutes prior
___Security…The parent designated to pick up your child will be able to do so AT THE END OF THE SHOW ONLY. Security measures are in place for your child’s safety.
The children are able to watch the show on a backstage monitor! We ask you to follow these policies for the joy and safety of your child and the professionalism of our show. ENJOY the show in air conditioned comfort! Thank you, Miss Carolyn
