Performer Info:
- Contact the Studio Google Line if you need any assistance 401-288-1232. This line is only active 1 hour before the performance and during pickup.
- We perform sprinkle or shine. PVD Fest determines if the festival is canceled due to weather. We will keep updates on email, text and social media.
- All dancers wear a full body camisole under costume. There will be an EZ Up with walls for dancers to change during the performance.
- LEAVE TIME FOR PARKING and expect a 15 minute walk.
- BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES if staying to enjoy the festival. Dancers should not play or eat in costume. (We have a tent for putting street clothes on over tights/camisole quickly, not for fully changing.)
- NO - nail polish or jewelry
COMPANY DANCERS ARRIVAL DETAILS:
- Arrive 11:30am in first costume stage ready (hair/makeup done) with warmup jacket/black leggings or dance pants on over.
- Rehearsal on stage.
- Pack minimally. Bring costumes/shoes/hair and makeup accessories/extra dancewear in garment bag. Leakproof sealable water bottle.
- LEAVE TIME FOR PARKING and expect a 15 minute walk.
- BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES if staying to enjoy the festival. Dancers should not play or eat in costume.
PRESCHOOL/PRIMARY DANCERS ARRIVAL DETAILS:
- Arrive 11:30am in first costume stage ready (hair/makeup done).
- Stay with parents nearby stage until start of show. We may rehearse onstage before.
- LEAVE TIME FOR PARKING and expect a 15 minute walk.
- BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES if staying to enjoy the festival. Dancers should not play or eat in costume.
Cast & Rehearsals

Dancers must be at original choreography and all rehearsals to be in PVD Fest routines. If a dancer misses original choreography or rehearsals they will act as an understudy, should learn the routine from the video and attend all other rehearsals, and scheduling a private lesson to learn what they missed is an option.

Stage & Parking

- LEAVE TIME FOR PARKING and expect a 15 minute walk.
- CDDS performs at 12pm on the Snow Street Stage, Downtown PVD
- Bathrooms are nearby. Please go before you arrive at the stage. There is no bathroom available right near our stage for dancers during the performance.
- Road closures.
- PARKING: South Street Landing Garage, Providence Place Garage, Civic Center Garage, or PPAC Garage. You can also find available lots and parking coupons on sites like ParkWhiz and Parking.com.
