Studio Rentals

Provide detailed information about your rental request. For example:

• Your name and business name.
• Do you have insurance for your business?
• How often and what days/times are you looking for?
• Are pods/cohorts of students maintained and other covid-19 government guidelines upheld among your group?

Rentals during Covid-19 Pandemic:

• The rate is $50/hour with a 2 hour minimum, plus $25 Covid-19 Regulation Sanitizing Fee
• Masks must be worn and social distancing requirements upheld indoors at all times. 
• The waiting room is closed, only students and staff are permitted inside.
• The attached waiver must be signed and agreed to by all parties.
• All parties must agree not to come in-studio if they are not feeling well or test positive for Covid-19, were exposed to someone with Covid-19 symptoms or who test positive.
• Temperature checks, screening process and sanitizing protocols must be upheld.
• If any of the following Covid-19 related items apply to you or any of your participants, you/they are cannot come to the Studio: 
  • Tests positive for Covid-19. 
  • Exposed to someone who tests positive for Covid-19.
  • Someone in household is sick and getting tested for Covid-19.
  • Not feeling well.
  • Travel to a state with current RI travel restrictions. See website for list of states.
