Registration and Fees

Enrollment opens June 9, 2025 for our 52nd season!

Our full season runs September 8, 2025-June 18, 2025 with two performances: Holiday Show (Pending December 13-14, 2025) and June Recital (Pending June 20-21, 2026)
Enrollment fees due upon enrollment: Registration Fee and September Tuition
- Submit payment or primary card on file will be charged within 48 hours. Do not register if you are not ready to be charged.
- $15 decline fee applies to all declined transactions. Make sure your card on file information is up to date to avoid this fee.
- No refunds on any payments.
We encourage you to sign up sooner than later to secure a spot in your preferred class. Classes do fill up! Teacher:Student ration is important to us and varies by class.
Current accounts must be up to date to enroll in more classes. (June tuition must be paid.) Enrollment will be voided and spot not secured for those with balances.
By enrolling, we consider you are committing the full September-June season.
There is no cancellation fee should you withdraw. Notify us via email info@carolyndutradancestudio.com There are no refunds on payments so let us know in advance of Tuition Auto Pay which runs the 1st of the month.

Tuition

Registration Fee:
$30 Individual Student, $10 each additional sibling
Annual, one time fee per season due upon enrollment

Monthly tuition is determined by the total hours of class time/week for individual and all siblings in a household.
Tuition is based on the full 10month season, divided by 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition remains the same regardless of the amount of classes in a month and make up classes are available at no additional cost for any absence or Studio closing.

Tuition Auto Pay is required and all families are automatically enrolled.. Primary card on file automatically charged the 1st of each month.
- You must have a valid credit card on file. Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. If payment is not collected, enrollment is dropped and spot forfeited.
$15 fee for card declines.
$20 late fee for past due accounts after the 5th of the month.
No refunds on any payments.
Payment = Placement and secures your spot in class. Tuition must be paid for spot to be secured and dancers to attend class. If tuition is not paid, spot is forfeited.
Payment Options: Tuition can be paid season-in-full (10 months) or Monthly on auto pay.

Tuition is based on our full 10-month season and does not alter for missed classes, vacations/holidays or class cancellations, etc.
Make-up classes available by request in advance.
Classes require a minimum number of students to confirm. If your class does not confirm or must be canceled mid season due to low enrollment, we will find another class for your dancer.
Class sizes are limited to uphold quality of class and teacher:student ration. If your preferred class is full, sign up on the waitlist and also fot another class with openings so your dancer can start right away.
In the event CDDS deems necessary to close for safety reasons, classes may transition to online classes at any time during the season. Tuition remains the same. There are no refunds. We will do our best to keep the online schedule as close as possible to the in-Studio schedule.

Company has separate tuition and registration rates . Company dancers may enroll in recreational classes for additional recreational tuition costs.
Those auditioning for Company for the first time should register for their preferred recreational class. Payments can be transferred to Company fees if accepted.

Performance Fees

- All Preschool, Primary, Level 1-5 and Company dancers are automatically registered for The Holiday Show on October 5 and $15 registration fee charged.
- If you do NOT want to participate, email info@carolyndutradancestudio.com by September 30.
- $15 Registration fee applies, charged on October 5. proceeds to Dance For Art 501(c)3 non-profit which provides costumes for dancers to borrow and covers other production costs. No refunds.
  - $15 decline transaction fee applies. Make sure primary card on file is up to date.
- No costume fee.
June Recital: Pending June 20-21, 2026 @ East Providence High School Subject to change

- All Toddler & Me, Preschool, Primary, Level 1-5 and Hip Hop classes are automatically registered for the Recital.
- If you do NOT want to participate, email info@carolyndutradancestudio.com by November 25.
- Costume fees are posted to all accounts on October 5 and due by December 1. (Unpaid balances are auto charged 12/1)
- Recital costume fees TBD at this time due to impending tariff increases and unforeseen costs from Costume companies.
- Mandatory participation for Company.
- Accounts must be up to date for costumes to be ordered and received.
