How to Banquet:
2/10/22: Although State guidedance hasupdated, masks must be worn by all in attendance at the Banquet.
  • Company dancers wear a tan performance mask.
  • Recreational dancers may wear any mask they are comfortable in.
If your dancer is not Level 1 or older or not doing the Grand March, dress festively and fun!  It is a celebratory day!
  1. Arrive 10 minutes before your Banquet.
  2. Show ticket receipt on your phone.  Another copy will be sent to you this week.
  3. Dancers in the Grand March will be seated separately from the families.  You do not need to save them a seat.
  4. Photos and videos are allowed-please be mindful of the families around you.
  5. Take photos at the CDDS Step and Repeat AFTER the Banquet.
  6. Shop at the DFA Valentine's Snacks and Sweets Table AFTER the Banquet.  Portion of the proceeds to DFA, and a great chance to purchase last minute Valentine's gifts!
  7. Sit back and enjoy the celebration of dancers :)

Dancers Level 1 and up performing in the Grand March Opening Routine wear:
  • TAN jazz shoes-new this year!  Everyone should have these for Jazz class, if you don't, respond to this email with size ASAP so we can help find you a pair to borrow
  • plain red t-shirt (CDDS red t-shirt if you have one - none for sale in-studio)
  • black leggings
  • hair pulled back from face, red accessories if you want
  • A little sparkle and shine makeup if you like
  • optional: rhinestone earrings

DFA/CDDS Awards Banquet
All dancers are invited to attend the banquet regardless of number of years attending! All dancers are eligible for special awards and Level 1 & up perform in the Grand March.

On sale via email orders starting Wednesday January 26-Sunday, February 6
Tickets will not be sold after Sunday, February 6 as we must plan accordingly.

Dancer tickets are complementary to their own banquet this year :)
Dancers attending other banquets are considered guest tickets at cost.

Grand March: Dancers Level 1 & up (regardless of # of years dancing) are invited to perform in the Grand March routine at their Banquet. All Level 1 & up classes learn the routine in class. There is no sign up.Dancers wear to Banquet: red t shirt (CDDS red t-shirt if you have one - none for sale in-studio), black leggings and tan jazz shoes, hair pulled back from face,  optional: rhinestone earrings.
