Birthday Parties

Book your party with CDDS and let us take care of everything but the food!  We make a digital invitation, and take care of west up and clean up, welcoming guests, providing top notch fun entertainment for the guests in a dance party that ends with a presentation,  party favors for the guests and something special for the birthday child. You just invite  friends and show up with whatever food and non alcoholic drinks you’d like to serve!

Celebrating 5th birthday's and up!  

• Up to 16 guests, party guests must be at least 4 years of age.
• 1 hour dance party, 30 min cake and party portion

Cost:

• Current CDDS member : $400
• Non-current CDDS member rate: $425

Celebration Fee includes:

• Talented, dynamic, knowledgeable, creative teacher and helpers
• 60 minutes of dance fun designed especially to celebrate YOUR child. Welcome activity, rhythm activities, dance, tumbling and more!
• 30 minutes of cake/food/gifts portion (you provide with plate wear and silverware)
• CDDS special favor for the birthday child
• CDDS party favors for all guests
• Set up/clean up provided by Studio
• Staff to assist during food portion (help serve food and clean up as we go)
• Digital Invitation designed to send to your guests

Sample Party:

• 2 hour  rental (Optional additional 30-minute cake/party portion add-on for $50)
• 1 hour "Dance Party" in Studio
•  30-minute food & cake portion 
• 15 minutes before party to  set up food and decorations (studio provides staff to help)
• 15 minute after party to pack up- Cleanup done  by studio staff

What to do:

• Email CDDS to request a party date and time. (see below)
• $100 deposit due upon reserving date (non-refundable)
• Tell us your theme at least 3 weeks prior to party so we can plan the Dance Fun Accordingly!
• Email final guest count 1 week prior to party
• Remaining payment fee due 1 week prior to party (non-refundable)
• Day of party, arrive at your rental start time for 15 minute set up. Staff will assist you in setting up your decorations.
• Parents of non-current CDDS dancers must complete a waiver. We can e-mail it to you in advance and will have copies at the party.
