Event: Halloween Party DFA Fundraiser

Parents Drop Off/Pick Up:

• Drop off 5:30pm if not already at Company Fun Day
• Pick up 8:20pm
• You can reach Miss Chryssa Saturday on the studio Google line 401-288-1232

Notes:

• Company dancers change at 5:30pm after Company Fun Day event. Bring a dinner with you to eat.
• Board members will have their phones for pictures. All others will be stored in the office.
• This event can count as community service hours.

Party Agenda

• 5:30pm arrive for those not already there
• 5:30-6pm set up , those there for CFD get in costume and eat dinner
• 6-6:15pm welcome/mingle
• 6:15-6:30pm obstacle course
• 6:30-7pm games, arts and crafts stations
• 7pm costume contest voting closes
• 7-7:45pm dance class/combo
• 7:45pm costume contest awards
• 7:545pm party guest parents enter for combo performance and family dance party to one song before dismissal
• 8-8:20pm clean up
• 8:20pm Parents pickup

Role Assignments

• The following members will monitor young Company dancers  staying between Company Fun Day and Halloween Party 5:30-6pm as you're  getting into costume and eating dinner. Please make sure area is cleaned up.
