  • Class capacity varies by class to uphold quality and teacher:student ratio.

Tuition Structure
  • Monthly tuition is determined by the total weekly class hours for all student siblings within a household.
  • Tuition is based on the full 10-month season and divided into 10 equal monthly payments. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes held in a given month. Make up classes available.
  • Payment secures class placement. Tuition must be paid for dancers to attend class and hold their spot. Unpaid tuition by the 15th results in forfeited enrollment. (Initial enrollment fees must be paid within 24 hours or enrollment is forfeited and you must re enroll when ready to pay.)
  • Payment Options: Monthly Auto Pay or Season-in-Full (10 months). To pay the full season in advance, email info@carolyndutradancestudio.com.

Auto Pay & Billing Policies
  • Tuition Auto Pay is required and all families are automatically enrolled. The primary card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month September-June.
  • A valid credit card must remain on file at all times. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
  • If payment is not successfully collected by the 15th, enrollment will be dropped and the class spot forfeited. Full month payment is required to return.
  • Fees: $15 fee for declined transactions. $20 late fee for past due accounts after the 5th of the month
  • Payments cannot be accepted late in November, December, May or June.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

Attendance & Make-Up Classes
  • Make-up classes are available at no additional cost for student absences or Studio closures to help families receive full value from their training.
  • Email the Studio in advance to schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes may not be attended during Peek Weeks.

Class Enrollment Policies
  • Classes require minimum enrollment to run. If a class does not confirm or must be canceled during the season due to low enrollment, we will assist in finding another appropriate class for your dancer.
  • Class sizes are limited to maintain quality instruction and teacher-to-student ratios. If your preferred class is full, join the waitlist and enroll in another available class so your dancer can begin right away.

Studio Closures & Online Classes
  • If CDDS determines it is necessary to close for safety reasons, classes may transition to online instruction at any time during the season.
  • Tuition remains unchanged and refunds will not be issued. We will make every effort to keep the online schedule as close as possible to the in-studio schedule.
  • This has only happened during the Covid Pandemic and state of emergency declared during a blizzard causing extended closure. Our goal is to keep the children dancing and active while stuck at home.

Company Program
  • Auditions held in Summer program. Register by July 1. Company audition results emailed by August 1.
  • Students auditioning for Company for the first time should register for their recreational placement class . If accepted into Company, payments will be transferred toward Company fees.
  • Company has separate tuition and registration rates.
  • Company dancers may enroll in recreational classes for additional recreational tuition.
